One of my favorite things to do when reviewing a company for THE BEST 7 list is call the support desk and speak with a representative. Sometimes my questions are about actual problems I are having with a feature of the hosting service. Sometimes I simply call to see how much they know. This all contributes to how accurate my reviews are, and how satisfied you are when you become a client.
